Long Island Smoked Oyster Dip

220g of light cream cheese
2 x 85g tins of smoked oysters in spring water
Light soy sauce
Lemon juice
Tabasco
Parsley to garnish



METHOD:

A tasty appetiser to share around…developed in Long Island, NY
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and smoked oysters into a smooth consistency.
Add about 1 tbs of light soy sauce, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, and a dash of Tabasco to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with biscuits
